My Wife and I want to thank you and your company for the wonderful paint and exterior detail job you did on our new 2006 Beaver coach. Six weeks ago, we purchased the coach from McMahon's RV in Colton, CA. We fell in love with this particular coach because of the beautiful paint job. I did notice some paint flaws that McMahon's promised to repair.
McMahon's RV had their paint guy come by and take care of the paint and ended up peeling off the entire chip guard and paint on the front of the coach, creating a much bigger mess. We were not pleased, but were convinced to give McMahon's a chance to fix it. When we went to pick up the Coach two weeks later, we were very dissapointed. the paint job was terrible. They had pieces of their polishing fibers in the paint. There was overspray all over, and most importantly the paint color didn't even match. At that point we flet it was necessary to see if the Coach could be painted some- where else.
I had looked in the phonebook and had made some calls when I was referred to your shop. To add to my relief, I was told I could bring the coach down right away. During the time our coach was in your possession, I made several unannounced visits to check on how the paint work was going. I took pictures of the process and was very pleased to find that you were taking all precautions inproperly painting the Coach. The Coach looks beautiful and once again we find ourselvesexcited and anxious to get started on the road trip.
I must admit having been in the Auto Body Repair Business for over 23 years, I was a little uneasy about trusting anyone with my $250,000.00 Coach. I can now say that you have completely relieved me of any concerns or worries. I can definitely say that I would recommend your place of business to anyone looking for quality paint work. Again, we can't thank you enough for your service and the great job you have done. We give you our highest recommendations, keep up the great work.

Titled "Possible Repair Source for Body / Paint Issues"
For those of us west of the Rockies, I have discovered a great shop in Fontana CA that is very adept at doing body repairs and painting on our AC's. They're Fleet Refinishing (Contact Randy Taylor @ 909-434-1680.) Since a touch-up done in the AC factory didn't hold up, this shop sanded down and re-painted, then re-cleared the lower portion of my fiberglass front end.
Their facility is built to handle large trucks, buses, and motorhomes, and the staff there has the experience to go along with that. Like Decatur, they allow you to remain in or near your coach while it's being fixed (except while it's in the paint booth), discussing the repairs with the techs. They even had me drive it in the bay since I am so protective of it!
They pride themselves on their quality of work, and I can now attest to how good it is. They do the warranty body/paint work for Fleetwood's Riverside plant coach lines, they do the same for the Southwestern Prevost facility nearby, and they have been doing the full-body paint for many of the Alfa's now offering that option - in addition to working on a multitude of others.
They noted they have worked on a dark painted fiberglass Prevost who's paint also checked - they sanded it all the way down to the glass and after letting it cure that way in the sun for a time, repainted it with lighter colors and it has not checked again....
I believe due to their relationship with Fleetwood's Riverside plant, that we should be able to get American to allow them to do warranty paint and body work out West for those of us not wanting to drive all the way back to Indiana - and I beleive AC'ers will be happy with the product they provide.

Being in a service related business for nearly 20 years I have come to understand what good and bad service looks like. All to often we come across the latter service and when a company/person actually does what he says he will do and then does it it is so refreshing and necessary to let those involved know it.
We were very satisfied with the service we received from Mr. Jason Pfutzenreuter. From the time we first met and the questions he asked to get the necessary information to the timely manner of his responses to the competitive quote, I must say it could not have gone any smoother. In this day its nice to know that integrity still means something to someone.
The work that was performed was excellent. The logo and lettering was better than we hoped and I will be happy to as I already have recommend Jason Pfutzenreuter and Fleet Refinishing any time and as much as possible.
